UKCA Mark and what it means for PPE - 18th November 2020 10:30am-11:30am (Sponsored by BSiF)

The UK has left the EU, and the transition period after Brexit comes to an end after the 31^st of December this year. The British Safety Industry Federation (BSIF) will host a webinar on the 18^th of November 2020 to assist the Safety, Health and PPE market in understanding the requirements of the UK’s new regulatory regime (UKCA), which will come into effect on the 1^st of January 2021.

The webinar will include a brief look back at the impacts on the PPE market caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, before moving on to update the market on the UK’s new conformity assessment process for placing PPE on the market.

Speakers will include Alan Murray CEO of BSIF, Roy Wilders, Registered Safety Supplier Scheme Manager at BSIF. Representatives from the Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy will also participate.

All attendees wiil earn CPD points.
