She holds a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University (MSU) and a master’s of business administration from New York University. Phil Seymour

Bob Morin has been the Managing Director, Transaction and Business Development Leader of the Aircraft Finance Insurance Consortium (AFIC) since its formation in 2017. Prior to that, Bob was the Senior Vice President of Business and Product Development at the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank), and before that the Vice President of EXIM Bank’s Transportation Division for more than 15 years.

Bob was also a member of the US delegation to the OECD that negotiated the Aircraft Sector Understanding, which established the guidelines for all export credits supported aircraft financings. In addition, he was a member of the US delegation responsible for developing and negotiating the Cape Town Treaty on International Interests in Aircraft Equipment.

Prior to joining EXIM Bank, Bob was associated with the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York. Mr. Morin has degrees from the Columbia University School of Law and the Wharton School of Business and is a certified public accountant.

Philip Baggaley

Philip A. Baggaley is a managing director in Corporate Ratings for S&P. He is Sector Lead for U.S. transportation, autos, and defense; and coordinator for the global transportation industry team. Philip has addressed numerous industry conferences on airlines and railroads, and has testified before the aviation subcommittees of the Senate and House of Representatives. He joined the company in 1985 as a transportation bond analyst, took over direction of the transportation team in 1990, and had management responsibility for aerospace and defense ratings from 1993 to 2014, before assuming his current role. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s, Philip was a commercial banking officer with The First National Bank of Chicago and a lecturer in the Yale University History Department. He holds a B.A. in history and international relations from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in history from Yale University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Philip reports to Jesse Juliano, Senior Director in Corporate Ratings.

Marjan has nearly 20 years of multi-sector expertise in credit analysis as well as development of rating methodologies for both banks and non-bank financial institutions, as well as structured securities. Prior to joining Kroll, Marjan was a Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Investors Service in its Global Financial Institutions team with senior lead responsibility for large banks and smaller to mid-sized mortgage lenders as well as diversified financials such as finance companies, private equity firms, stock exchanges, and other securities firms. Before working in Global Financial Institutions, Marjan was a Senior Credit Officer in Structured Finance at Moody's where she covered ratings of ABS and RMBS. Tracy Rice is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the US Asset Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service.
