Presenters
Andy has 30 years’ experience in the Loss Control / Risk management field, starting out at General Accident (now Aviva) in 1989 as a trainee surveyor, before moving on to Independent Insurance in 1991 and then his current employer, Allianz, in 2001. Andy is currently the Technical Manager of the Loss Control Engineering function of Allianz UK, with a key responsibility being the technical capability, standards, training and development of the loss control team. He is an Allianz media spokesperson and sits on various industry working groups, such as RISCAuthority, ABI and DEFRA flood resilience.
Outside of work, he enjoys running and playing 5 a side football.
Andy is married with two grown up children, now forging their own way in life in the engineering and film industries.
