Integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria in the investment process is no longer a nice phrase to have on the glossy corporate social responsibility statement. It now creates a competitive advantage for businesses and impacts investment returns. In fact for insurers, ESG considerations are twice as important because these factors impact both sides of their balance sheet.

This Insurance Asset Risk webinar, hosted in partnership with FactSet, an award winning provider of analytics, content and technology solutions for investment professionals, will explore the current trends, challenges and opportunities for insurers to take ESG into consideration.

Topics discussed will include:

  • What is the current state of play in ESG investing?
  • Why is ESG investing here to stay? And why will it become mainstream finance?
  • How should insurers integrate ESG data into their investment process?
  • What are the challenges at the company and macro level?
